Endeavour Woodland Weddings
One of the best things as a wedding photographer is to see again my previous couples. Most of that happens when they recommend me to their friends and family. You might remember Amy and Martin from their amazing outdoor wedding and superb “47 coolest autumn engagement photos you must see !“. However, this time I want to introduce you to their amazing friends Amber & Chris. These two planned to have a woodland wedding at the hidden gem of Buckinghamshire, Endeavour Woodland Weddings. I am super excited to share with you their story! As always, grab a cup of tea or coffee and let’s dive into it.
After arriving in the morning, the first thing what I experience was a true calmness. The only sounds which I was able to hear were birds singing, squirrels running and the wind rustling the leaves. Felt like a campsite… and to be honest it was a bit like that. Bride and groom were getting ready there, and Endeavour Woodland Weddings got massive tents set up for that occasion. Despite Amber getting ready with five other girls and her dog Beau, there were plenty of space to move around. The whole preparation went super chill with girls having bubbles, doing their own makeup and laughing all the time. At the same time, Chris had a bit of work to do, setting up all the outdoor wedding games and making sure that he looks equally amazing as the bride. I am doing wedding photography Buckinghamshire for a while now and have to say that not knowing Endeavour Woodland Weddings venue was such a shame.

Endeavour Woodland Weddings is not only made to experience an amazing time on your big day, but the whole area is simply stunning as a backdrop for wedding photos. Seeing Amber in her wedding dress for the first time made me speechless… but after a short while I could not resist and ask her for ten minutes of her time to capture a few portraits. Oh my god, she looked stunning, you can even see by the face of her father. I am sure that there were no persons who didn’t admire her beauty. Especially Chris, who already were waiting for her. The ceremony was conducted by Paul who is one of the founders of Endeavour woodland weddings was very personal and private. Filled up with laugh and tears of joy, bride and groom constantly smile to each other, letting know the partner how much they love them. I wouldn’t be myself if I wouldn’t admire how stunning the ceremony area looked. I am a huge fan of such decorations!
After one of my favourite part of the day (confetti throw), the party started and the people could finally enjoy themselves with all attractions Amber and Chris prepared for them, from Jenga, archery, coconut shy up to treasure hunt (and actually many more). I love when there are so many things to do, not only because that gives me an opportunity to capture fantastic photos, but because people got something to do and keep them away from scrolling their phones. That kind of weddings always leave an inspirational impact for future wedding couples.

I love summer celebration, not only because I can wear my favourite floral shirts but also because there is a big chance for that magical golden hour which I simply adore. We were super lucky that day because the sun was in the perfect place at the perfect time. If you do like amazing summer weddings, I highly recommend to look at my previous wedding story Exquisite East Quay Wedding-How to rock it and don’t stress. And when the sun simply hides behind horizon, I knew that it is time to START THE PARTY!!!!!!
The wedding couple are truly blessed with people who surround them, because between around 60 people there were TWO music bands. First one was the superb Lore of the Woodman, where Martin (who’s wedding I shot in 2019) plays in. I highly recommend listening to them, I am actually doing this while writing this blog! And the other band (please forgive me forgetting the name of it) play more heavy music which I am also big fan (if anyone readying this remembers their name please let me know 😀 ). And with the music heard everywhere, lit bonfire and epic champagne shot I finish the day. I wanted to thank everyone who were a part of this big day, thank you all, you are amazing. Big thanks as well for Joanna who helped me that day capturing this relaxed day at Endeavour Woodland Weddings.
