Wedding at Jesus College Cambridge

Long time no see… I’ve been neglecting my posting duties for weeks now, but what can I do when I got so many amazing wedding couples waiting for their photos? However today I am taking you on a journey to a wedding at Jesus College Cambridge, which Casey and David throw out earlier this year. Prepare yourself for photos full of fun, emotions, and energy! As the sun was poking through the clouds Casey was getting ready around Jesus College with her two dearest friends. From the moment of arrival, I could only hear laughter, music, and fun. A fantastic way to start such a memorable day. Bride decides she will do her makeup all by herself, and I have to say that one day if she decides to change her career, MUA should be something she considers. The beauty of that moment was elevated when the bride’s mom joined them. Full of energy and love for her daughter she added an extra touch of support for the bride.

The bridal party was on the spot with preparation and planning. So much we not only had some time to take Casey portraits in the college garden, but they also could sit down, chat and relax.

While the bride was having time to relax, David was greeting their guests in the Upper hall of the college where the ceremony was held. A constant smile on his face told me that he couldn’t be more excited to finally marry the love of his life. All the guests were stunned by how amazing Casey look like in her open-back dress, and when she finally join his future husband, the two of them look like a work of art. Even such a stressful moment like a wedding ceremony did not take smiles off their faces. I know these two are meant to be together.

Casey and David become husband and wife but their wedding at Jesus College Cambridge just started… Two of them prepared for their guest’s, drinks in one of the most outstanding rooms for a cocktail hour I have ever been to. Super spacious, tall library room fits perfectly in the vibe of Jesus College. But the real shock was their reception room. Located in a big hall with a balcony, painted portraits, and classic chandeliers, for me it felt like from the movie. I could not resist asking the wedding couple to take a few wedding portraits there.

After touching speeches on this wedding at Jesus College Cambridge I felt that it is a great moment to take my wedding couple for the proper photoshoot. Jesus College is simply amazing as a background for wedding portraits. With superb architecture, green grass, beautiful spring light, and a couple from a fairytale it was a pure pleasure, and the sunset was a culmination of that photoshoot. I hope to shoot there again!

The evening arrived and the wedding at Jesus College Cambridge shift to a pure party! Amazing live music, colorful lights, energetic guests, and stunning bride and groom. What I could wish for more? But, Casey and David prepare one last thing before I say goodbye to them. Sparkler exit! Always excited when wedding couples plan something extra on their day.
